WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Vendor will sell and the Purchaser(s) will buy the Kitten detailed below at the price of. The Kitten is in good health, has been inoculated and wormed.

2. That the Purchaser(s) agrees to and understand(s) the following conditions:

_The kitten described above shall not be used for breeding purposes of any kind and will be registered with TICA on the Non-Active Register. This is a condition of purchase at the Pet price stated above.

_The kitten shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment.

_The kitten shall not be taken from the Purchaser's country of residence without the Vendor's prior consent.

_The kitten shall not be sold, given or donated to any person without the Vendor's prior knowledge and consent.

_In the event of the Purchaser(s) being unable to maintain t!ie kitten, the Vendor shall be informed and shall reserve the right to repossess the kitten at any age.

_The kitten has been purchased as a Pet and must be neutered/spayed at 6 months of age.

3. The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the kitten:

_Will be kept as a Pet in appropriate conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition.

_ Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.

_ Will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health.

The Purchaser(s) further understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this contract, or if the kitten is neglected, maltreated, or is failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kitten to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.

The Transfer of Ownership document and pedigree will be supplied upon receipt of a signed copy of this document, the relevant payment, and evidence of neutering/spaying.
